North Wind and the Sun in Latvian.

Latvian is an Eastern Baltic Language belonging to the Balto-Slavic branch of the Indo-European language family. It is the official language in Latvia and it is spoken by 1.7 million native speakers. It is most closely related to Lithuanian.
